Fio banka, a.s. is a Czech bank that continues the successful history of the Financial Group Fio. It is a purely Czech entity with Czech owners and provides its services at more than eighty branches throughout the Czech Republic. I offer to distribute a large number of products for solving personal and corporate finances, which can be divided into two main areas:

• provision of traditional banking services

• brokerage of securities transactions

At the same time, Fio banka adheres to the strategy of zero fees for standard services for all without conditions and a fully individual approach when lending to small and medium-sized enterprises.

Another field of activity is investments - Fio banka is the largest Czech dealer in securities aimed at small clients. It clearly has a dominant position in the Czech market in trading shares via the Internet. Fio banka, a.s. is a shareholder and one of the largest members of the Prague Stock Exchange. On the stock exchange, RM-SYSTEM mediates a significant part of all stock transactions. It is also at the fore with its share of the market for brokering deals of Czech clients on the American stock markets or in Germany.

Fio banka owns the company RM-SYSTÉM, the Czech Stock Exchange a.s. Shares of the most important Czech and foreign companies are traded on this exchange. The company RM-SYSTÉM was founded in 1993 and on 1 December 2008 it became a standard stock market aimed at small and medium-sized investors.
